The Secretary of Health Promotion, Jaqueline Mocelin, comments that the objective is to apply the vaccine to around 128 thousand people by the end of May.

“Flu vaccination is an effective measure to prevent complications and reduce transmission of the virus, especially in vulnerable groups, therefore, expanding the age range is very important, especially now, with the arrival of autumn, a period of higher incidence. respiratory diseases,” he said.
