Furthermore, popcorn is rich in fiber, which helps reduce cholesterol levels, contributing to cardiovascular health.

But to achieve this result, the ideal is to avoid industrialized options – which contain large amounts of salt, sugar and fat – and prefer to prepare your own popcorn at home.
