“When this happens, the muscles become stiff and, consequently, sore after some movement. Therefore, stretching regularly helps to eliminate this sensation, as the muscles and joints will become more flexible, relieving the discomfort caused when we stay for several hours in front of the computer or sitting, for example,” he said.

Increased blood circulation

“Blood movement becomes more fluid, reducing the likelihood of possible injuries and future problems. Exercising the muscles ensures that they remain relaxed, a characteristic that goes far beyond momentary relief. In this sense, there is no doubt that good circulation blood improves the quality of life as a whole”, he highlighted.
