INFANT MONOVALENT VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19

Audience: Population 6 months to 4 years 11 months and 29 days

Locations and times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 4 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12:45 pm;

Friday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 3 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12 pm;

Stage: 1st dose, 2nd dose and DR (with an interval of 4 weeks after application of D1 and 8 weeks after D2).
Attention: This dose against Covid-19 is now on the National Vaccination Calendar for children – Routine.

Audience: Population aged 5 to 11

Locations and times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 4 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12:45 pm;

Friday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 3 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12 pm;

Stage: 1st dose and 2nd dose (8 weeks apart after application of D1).

Required documentation:

– Original document that has the CPF number and the Vaccination Card.
Remembering that the 2nd dose is applied according to the schedule on the Vaccine Card or delayed doses. The booster dose must be applied at least 4 weeks after the last dose.

– When vaccinating children, if they are not accompanied by their parents, they must provide an authorization form to the person responsible to be delivered to the vaccination site. The term model is available for printing on the website (www.araxavacina.com.br).

– It is recommended to arrive in the early hours of the day due to dose limitations sent by the Ministry of Health and State Government.

BIVALENT VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19

Audience: Population 18+

– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 4 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12:45 pm;

Friday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 3 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12 pm;
Stage: Bivalent Vaccine (with an interval of 4 weeks after application of D1).

Audience: Population 60+; Pregnant and postpartum women and immunocompromised women.

Locations and times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 4 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12:45 pm;

Friday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 3 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12 pm;

Stage: Bivalent Vaccine (with complete primary vaccination schedule and 6 month interval from the last dose received).

Audience: Health Professionals; People with permanent disabilities; People with comorbidity; Persons deprived of liberty and Officials of the System of deprivation of liberty; Homeless people and teenagers and young people who comply with socio-educational measures.

– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 4 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12:45 pm;

Friday:
– Unicentro: 7:30 am to 3 pm;
– Uninorte, Unisul, Unileste, Uninordeste, Unisa and Unioeste: 7:30 am to 12 pm;

Stage: Bivalent Vaccine (with a complete primary vaccination schedule and a one-year interval between the last dose received).

Required documentation:

– Original document that has the CPF number, Vaccination Card and Report that proves the comorbidity. Remembering that the bivalent dose should only be applied to those who received the complete primary vaccination schedule against Covid-19, with an interval of at least 6 months since the last dose.

– When vaccinating, if the person is a minor, they must be accompanied by a responsible person.
