This macronutrient gives energy and of the three that exist, it is the only one that does not accumulate in the form of fat. It is quite important in any diet and fish and meat are far from the only sources. You can also bet on fruit.
However, nutritionist Nicole Rodriguez cautions: despite bringing several health benefits, the fruit does not guarantee the necessary amount of protein. “Compared to other foods, fruits fall short in this macronutrient,” said portal EatingWell.

Speaking to the same publication, nutritionist Elizabeth Shaw identified the five fruits with a high protein content. To know:
1- Guava
Each cup of guava contains 4.2 grams of protein.
2- Jackfruit
One cup of jackfruit has about 2.6 grams of protein.
3- Blackberry
With one cup of blackberries you get about two grams of protein.
4- Avocado
Half an avocado has 1.5 grams of protein.
5- Pomegranate
In one cup of pomegranate seeds there are about 1.5 grams of protein.
