Is it good to drink water with vinegar?

Diluting vinegar in water is highly recommended, as consuming it in a very concentrated form can cause stomach irritation, especially for people with stomach problems such as gastritis and heartburn. In addition to apple cider vinegar, you can also mix water with lemon for a similar effect. The recipe is simple: 100 ml of water for one tablespoon of the acidic ingredient.

What is good to mix apple cider vinegar with?

The nutritionist suggests two delicious recipes with the compound: refreshing salad dressing and apple with cinnamon and vinegar in the Airfryer. Other ways to introduce it into the diet are in salads, marinades for meat, fish, poultry and vegetables, sauces and condiments, chutney, barbecue among others, as well as in diluted refreshing drinks with the addition of honey and lemon.
