The new gastronomic spot in Aveiro is called Olaria – VOU SAIR

The city of Aveiro has just won a new gastronomic spot: the Olaria Restaurant, now under the management of the group Hoti Hotels. With a privileged location over the central channel of the Ria de Aveiro, Restaurante Olaria promises to “raise even further the excellence of the city’s typical Portuguese gastronomy, with a menu elaborated in the smallest detail by chefs Daniel Matias and Ricardo Fernandes”.

Between the most iconic dishes Featured on the Olaria menu, highlights include Fish Soup, Octopus with Asparagus Migas Alentejo style, Marine Meat PDO, as well as other delicacies such as Oysters and Pickled Eels.

With a modern and cosmopolitan concept, Restaurante Olaria is located in the Cultural and Congress Center of Aveiro, an architectural landmark of the municipality, as it is the former factory Jeronimo Pereira Campos, built between 1915 and 1917, with its tall central chimney and imposing red clay brick facade. It is currently a project of the Hoti Hoteis group, which holds the concession from the Municipality of Aveiro.
