March Fair returns to Aveiro Expo from March 23rd to April 25th

The March Fair, one of the oldest duty-free fairs in the country, celebrates 588 years and is returning to the Aveiro Exhibition Park (Aveiro Expo), between March 23rd and April 25th.

A The largest economic exhibition in the Central Region and one of the largest amusement parks in Portugal open to the public next Saturday, with the presence of 237 companies and 24 associations from the Municipality of Aveiro.

The March 2024 Fair will once again feature the traditional exhibition, commercial and entertainment sectors.
122 companies participate in the exhibition sector, divided into areas as diverse as IT, automobiles, cosmetics, furniture, real estate, events, civil construction, photography, orthopedic products, renewable energy, air conditioning, decoration, automation or fuels.

The commercial sector, located in the outdoor area, features 65 companies/exhibitors in the areas of catering, charcuterie, sweets, hearty dishes, traditional crockery, ready-to-wear, crafts, among others.
The entertainment sector will consist of 50 entertainment venues, totaling the presence of 237 companies at the event.

In this edition, associations from the municipality of Aveiro are also present again, with more than two dozen entities. The highlight will be the typical and distinctive sweet Ovos Moles, through the Aveiro Ovos Moles Producers Association (APOMA).

In addition to the commercial and entertainment offering, the March Fair also features a musical lineup, consisting of 10 major concerts, taking place in the Music Tent. Tickets can be purchased at the Aveiro Expo Secretariat, at physical ticket offices on concert days and online on the Feira de Março website.

Entrance is paid on Fridays, Saturdays and Easter Monday, and the ticket price varies between €3 and €6. Children up to and including 10 years old do not pay a ticket. Disabled people who require an accompanying person are exempt from payment.
The organization warns that tickets only allow one entry into the venue, and it is not permitted to leave and re-enter with the same ticket.
