The Alcanena City Council will rehabilitate 48 housing units in the Timor Lorosae neighborhood, in Alcanena, with an application being approved in the PRR that guarantees the municipality a contribution of more than 5 million euros.
At issue is an application by the municipality under the 1st Law Program, within the scope of the investment RE – C02-i01 “Support Program for Access to Housing” of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).
The municipality will receive a non-refundable contribution totaling €5,066,616.35, which will be made available by IHRU – Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation.
