Mothers, a session is coming to answer all your questions about conscious parenting

Every month, future mothers meet to talk about topics related to the pregnancy process.

It is a challenge that can provoke too many emotions at the same time. Being a mother (and father) can be compared, but in an even more intense way, to what we feel when we have our first kiss, pass our driving test or study for the exam that will define our academic future.

Still, the path of pregnancy, and postpartum, is marked by many different questions and concepts. For example, we are afraid of not knowing what the baby wants or needs. That’s why there are clarification sessions to help you live this phase with greater peace of mind.

Clínica Mãe Bebé is preparing the activity “Maternity: The path to Conscious Parenting”. These conversations, called “Círculo Mãe Bebé”, of sharing and knowledge, take place on the first Saturday of each month. The next session is April 6, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Inês Anjo and Bárbara Valente, child psychologist at Clínica Mãe Bebé, will be present as guests. The event is free, but registration is required via Instagram, Facebook or the official website.

Vitorina Damásio is a pediatric physiotherapist with a postgraduate degree in Pediatric Osteopathy. She worked for 13 years at Hospital de São Bernardo, in Setúbal, and has always been interested in the area of ​​women’s health and well-being. The idea of ​​creating a clinic, which would bring together in a single space several services linked to the health and well-being of babies and mothers, arose some time ago. However, it was during the pandemic period that the 38-year-old Setubal native and her husband João Louro (34), a graduate in Marketing, decided to take a risk.

This is how Clínica Mãe Bebé was born. The space on Rua Flávio Resende opened in March 2021 and brings together several services, from the moment of conception, to the birth and development of the baby.
