Liga Portugal Awards nominated for international award – National Football

Event, whose first edition took place in September last year, highlighted at the Heavent Awards 2024

The organization of the Liga Portugal Awards ceremony, whose first edition took place on September 7, 2023, at Alfândega do Porto, is among those nominated for the 6th edition of the Heavent Awards 2024, in the Exceptional Event Award category.

As Liga Portugal recalls, the event “brought together the great figures of Portuguese football”, in which “Porto Customs dressed up for a night full of emotions, with lots of talent, shine and glamour”. The organization also highlights the support of the GR8 agency, which allowed it to “strengthen what is already Liga Portugal’s flagship in organizing events”.

Also nominated in this same category are the opening ceremony of the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup, in Morocco, the opening, closing and trophy presentation ceremonies at the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup, in Saudi Arabia, the big trip to Antibes and the big week of the automobile in Doha. The awards ceremony is scheduled for this Thursday night, in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals, in Cannes.

The second edition of the Liga Portugal Awards already has a date set for this year, being scheduled for August 26th.
