Pedro Nuno Santos promised to make the Government’s program viable, has already made himself available for a rectification that finalizes the negotiations of various Public Administration careers and signed an unprecedented agreement with Luís Montenegro, this week, to divide the presidency of the Assembly of the Republic between the two parties — thus unblocking an institutional impasse caused by Chega (see text here). This Wednesday, to PS deputies and also to journalists, the PS general secretary wanted to emphasize the warning, so that “there are no illusions about the future of politics in Portugal: the PS will not be the support of an AD Government and It’s good for this to be clear to everyone.” However, Expresso confirmed, there is an immense package of legislation that promises to force more than a dozen agreements between PS and the new AD Government: the laws that António Costa promised to Brussels to, in return, obtain financing for the PRR.
