After a protocol with the parish of Muge, the Municipal Council of Salvaterra de Magos approved protocols with the Union of Parishes of Glória do Ribatejo and Granho, Salvaterra and Foros, and Marinhais.

The municipality of Salvaterra de Magos approved four financial protocols that encompass the Union of Parishes of Glória do Ribatejo and Granho, Salvaterra and Foros, and Marinhais, after having signed a protocol of 37,100 euros with the parish of Muge to replace the roof of a building next to the parish council. The protocols were unanimously approved in a council session and went to a vote in the municipal assembly.
20 thousand euros are allocated to the Union of Parishes of Glória do Ribatejo and Granho to support the completion of urban arrangements on Rua de Coruche, in Glória do Ribatejo, and Rua Alexandre Herculano, in Granho. For the Union of Parishes of Salvaterra de Magos and Foros de Salvaterra, there will also be 20 thousand euros for maintenance and repair of all equipment at the Foros children’s playground, and the transfer of management, maintenance and cleaning of the Foros padel court was also approved. and future public toilets, works that are taking place in Travessa da Pedreira.
The Junta de Marinhais will be allocated 16 thousand euros for the repair of tractors and vans, replacement of tailgates and trailer structures, replacement of the windows and exterior structure of the parish council hall and cutting down a pine tree on Rua Narciso Santos, and also four thousand euros to support the replacement of the town’s information signs.
