Arrested for drug trafficking and driving without a license

The man was intercepted during a road inspection without a license. The Vila Real Territorial Command clarifies in a statement that “during the investigation it was possible to determine that the driver did not have a legal license to drive” and that “during the inspection, the driver displayed suspicious behavior and some nervousness”. After a personal search, it was found that he was in possession of drugs, having seized 4.8 doses of heroin, 3.5 doses of cocaine, two doses of marijuana, a vehicle as well as various materials used in the treatment of narcotic products.

The detainee was named a defendant and will appear before the Chaves Judicial Court this Monday, for the application of coercive measures.
