A SkillUp, one EduTech with around 300 people and based in Seattle, “offers a proven technology and model within the online learning, actively working to accelerate the technological skills of professionals and organizations”.

Adding revenues of around 13 million dollars in 2023SkillUp is thriving due to its investment “in innovative online learning techniques and intensive investment in R&D”.

SkillUp also aims to hire 50 new employees by 2025, with the entry into National market and accelerations in Europe, with the support of OCEAN.capital, Portuguese company focused on the technological and research and development ecosystem at a global level and responsible for ensuring the entry of another 5 international companies in Portugal in 2023.

JPS Kohli, founder of SkillUp points out that “Portugal offers the perfect environment for the development of new learning solutions at SkillUp”.

As the company’s European headquarters and global R&D center, “the location gives us easy access to exceptional talent, while allowing us to build strong connections and collaborations with cutting-edge players across Europe, Brazil and Africa,” he said.
