The age of Margarida Balseiro Lopes, who will be the youngest minister since the 25th of April. Born on September 24, 1989, the record is taken by Marina Gonçalves, previous Minister of Housing, who was born on April 23, 1988. However, Jaime Gama is the youngest minister after the 25th of April: at the age of 30, he took office of the Internal Administration portfolio in the government of Mário Soares in 1978.

The number of executives that Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa has already appointed: Montenegro’s will be the third. In 2019, he swore in António Costa’s second government; in 2022, the third executive chaired by the socialist followed.

The number of ministers: Rita Júdice (Minister of Justice), Margarida Blasco (Minister of Internal Administration), Ana Paula Martins (Minister of Health), Maria do Rosário Palma Ramalho (Minister of Labor, Solidarity and Social Security), Maria da Graça Carvalho (Minister of Environment and Energy), Margarida Balseiro Lopes (Minister of Youth and Modernization) and Dalila Rodrigues (Minister of Culture). This number makes Luís Montenegro’s government the third most equal in the history of democracy, being surpassed by two Costa governments: the penultimate (eight women) and the last (nine).

Number of independents in a Government in which more than 60% of the ministerial list belongs to the PSD Permanent Committee. They are Maria Rosário Ramalho, Rita Júdice, Margarida Blasco and Dalila Rodrigues.
