The Municipality of Pombal, through the Social Development and Health Division, will promote from April 8th to 14th, Interculturality Week, an activity that arises within the scope of the Municipal Plan for Equality and Non-Discrimination.
The program (attached) foresees the holding of the exhibition to raise awareness of interculturality “Migration? What myths?”, open to the public from April 8th to 30th at the Pombal Municipal Library. Also at the Municipal Library, from April 8th to 12th, there will be an activity to encourage the book and reading “Stories of a Thousand Colors & Rainbows on Paper”. From the 8th to the 12th of April, the interactive game for Kindergarten and 1st Cycle of Basic Education children entitled “The Treasury of Interculturality” will take place in the Mata do Castelo de Pombal. On the 9th, between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm, the Teatro-Cine de Pombal will host the “Pombal (Inter) Cultural Show”, while on the 12th, from 6 pm onwards, the “friendly” football game for Interculturalidade will take place, at Eduardo Gomes Pavilion.
In turn, on April 13th, from 3pm to 6pm, at Parque do Açude, a “Bouncer Tournament with tod@as” will be promoted (registration is mandatory and limited until April 11th, through the contacts 3ces.e9g@adilpom .pt or 965496411).
