The hotel bed where Cristiano Ronaldo slept during his stay in Slovenia, for the private game between the two teams, will be auctioned. The initial bidding starts at 5,300 dollars (4,923 euros), says the television station Wion. Proceeds from the auction will go to charities.
“Since it was a very special and unique event, we decided to prepare a unique surprise in which all fans can participate. We don’t know when we will have the opportunity to welcome Ronaldo to Slovenia again”, reads the statement shared by the unit hotel cited by Wion.
“In a special auction, we will offer the bed in which the star Cristiano Ronaldo slept in our house. We wish everyone good luck and a successful participation in the event”, he added.
This is not the first time that an object linked to CR7 has been auctioned. When Cristiano Ronaldo moved to Saudi Arabia, the shirt he wore in the last game of the Manchester United against Aston Villa was sold for more than 48,000 dollars (44,587 euros).
