Users have reported failures when sending and receiving messages on Whatsapp. On Instagram, internet users reported problems publishing photos and videos and updating the feed. On Facebook, the main complaints were about the application.

Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook registered some problems this Wednesday afternoon. For an hour, thousands of users reported flaws in the Meta group’s applications.
Until 7:25 pm, 4,559 Whatsapp failures were reported on the downdetector website. The majority of users (62%) were unable to send messages, which remained on hold.
On Instagram, whose failures began to be recorded at around 6:50 pm, internet users reported problems publishing photos and videos and updating the feed. Some were unable to even access the application.
On Facebook, the main complaints (77%) were about the application on the cell phone. In the comments they reported that they were unable to access the account.
On Twitter, several internet users joked about Meta’s applications being down.
Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook returned to normal shortly before 8pm.
