It involves schools, children, teachers, the Municipality, the community, in programming proposals that aim to offer the city of Évora a moment to celebrate World Dance Day, a day to be experienced by everyone.

The program presents a diversity of activities created in partnership between CDCE and 3 educational establishments in the educational community of the city of Évora, aimed at the community and the general public.

At 2:30 pm, in the public space of Praça de Giraldo, a Flash Mob invades the square. Students from basic schools in the neighborhood of Almeirim, Horta da Figueiras and Sra da Gloria participated, totaling 226 children. The activity is carried out with the support of the Municipality of Évora.

At the end of the afternoon, at 6:30 pm in the Black Box space, a Contemporary Dance Workshop will be held, with free participation, open to the community. The session will last 60 minutes. The workshop offers participants initial contact with various contemporary dance languages, where stimulating creativity is the essential component of work.

The program of activities is aimed at different audiences, crosses perspectives of artistic intervention in the community, in a Stage-City programming concept, open to citizenship and participation.

The activity program aims to generate new artistic offerings in the city of Évora, and expand the participation of different audiences in assisting Contemporary Dance activities.
