The unanimous election of the new heads of the CIM intermunicipal council, which brings together 19 municipalities, took place on the 16th, at the Centro Interpretativo da Mulher Duriense, in Armamar, and is in force until the end of the municipal cycle.
“It is a difficult, attractive and exciting challenge. It gives us the opportunity to continue working for our Douro, following what has been done and I am committed and very convinced that we will continue to do an excellent job in the direction”, the socialist mayor assures VTM.

At a time when information is more important than ever, support regional and local journalism. Access to most VTM news is (still) free, but it is not free, journalism costs money and requires investment. This contribution is a way of directly supporting A Voz de Trás-os-Montes and its journalists. Our counterpart is independent and local journalism, but not only that. It means continuing to inform despite all the contingencies of confinement, without having stopped for a single day.
