Real estate and housing challenges will be debated at another breakfast promoted by Jornal Económico.

The challenges of real estate in 2024 will be debated at the breakfast that Jornal Económico will promote on April 30th. at the Hotel InterContinental, in Lisbon, with the participation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz.

Under debate will be the trends in the national and European real estate market and the measures that the new Government intends to implement in the sector, which will partially reverse those that were applied by the previous Executive within the scope of the More Housing package.

The start of the event is scheduled for 8:30 am, with the accreditation of participants and the usual breakfast. At 9:10 am, the opening speech will take place by N’Gunu Tiny, founder of the Media Nove group, owner of Jornal Económico, followed by the keynote speakerHugo Santos Ferreira, president of the Portuguese Association of Real Estate Developers and Investors (APPII).

The debate panel will begin at 9:40 am, with the participation of economist António Nogueira Leite, the CEO of Vanguard Properties, José Cardoso Botelho, the lawyer and partner at VdA Miguel Marques dos Santos and Patrícia Barão, Head of Residential at JLL . The closing is scheduled for 10:30 am, with the intervention of Minister Miguel Pinto Luz.
