O Hotel Vila Galé Nep Kids, just for children, in Beja, is isolated after a spill with a mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid in a warehouse there, on Sunday afternoon.
It was the Sub-regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command of Baixo Alentejo that confirmed to the News by the Minute the occurrence, noting that there are Beja Volunteer Firefighters on site.
That fire department then revealed that the hotel is isolated.
The Republican National Guard (GNR) is taking care of the incident.
The alert was given at 4:45 pm.
