The municipality of Seixal will be present at the Portuguese Real Estate Show (SIL) 2024.
SIL is a meeting point for investors, businesspeople, technicians, public bodies and the general public where you can stay up to date with the latest market trends and the vision of major leaders in the sector, learn about major urban redevelopment projects and identify potential partners and business, with a wide range of options on display. At the same time, conferences are held with topics such as the future of architecture or the investment in technology.
The objective of the municipality’s presence, with the slogan «Seixal, A Land with a Sea of Opportunities», is to show how this territory has future projects and is committed to technology and innovation, always with sustainability concerns. Highlights include the construction of various social facilities in the municipality, new developments such as Surf City and Marina do Seixal, the requalification of the riverside area and the old urban center of Arrentela and the Digital Commercial District in Amora and Collective Self-Consumption Communities projects.
The official opening of the municipal stand will take place on May 3rd, Friday, from 3:30 pm, with the presence of Paulo Silva, president of the Seixal Municipal Council.
