“Forever, Marco” takes the stage at the Tivoli Theater in Lisbon, this Wednesday and Thursday. It promises to address the singer’s themes, but with a “modern” touch.
“Para Semper, Marco” is a show that revisits Marco Paulo’s songs, with a new sound. There are shows on Wednesday and Thursday at Teatro Tivoli, in Lisbon, but the first day is already sold out.
“We wanted to approach the themes, respecting the melody and lyrics, but giving them a new look and dressing them in a more updated way, with more electronic sounds and bolder things”, Tiago Pais Dias told SIC.
Maintaining the essence of Marco Paulo’s songs with a current sound is the premise for a project that Tiago Pais Dias launched and that had the guitarist’s children as its driving force.
Jessica Cipriano and Andrea Verdugo interpret the successes that are part of the collective memory and, without hesitation, accepted the challenge. The first single will also be heard at concerts, which will have guests and surprises.
