The 40th edition of Ovibeja has opened! A special edition to celebrate 40 years of this great event, an event of national and international reference.
The inauguration ceremony took place this morning and was attended by Prime Minister Luis Montenegro, the Minister of Agriculture, José Manuel Fernandes, and the Minister of Environment and Energy, Maria da Graça Carvalho.
The President of ACOS, the organizing entity, Eng. Rui Garrido, as well as the President of Beja City Council, Paulo Arsénio, among other civil and military entities, were also present.
“40 years of Associativism” is the central theme of the 40th Ovibeja that will take place in the next few days at the Manuel de Castro e Brito Fair and Exhibition Park in Beja. The central theme chosen for this year aims above all to highlight Associativism, the engine of working together with the aim of enhancing results, sharing means, challenges and knowledge.
The event runs until May 5th.
