«They entered through the back door and, apparently, with a crowbar they forced their way in», began by explaining to our newspaper, Paulo Andrade, owner of the space, who realized what happened at 8:20 am yesterday, « when I walked in the front door, to start my work day, and I saw everything turned inside out».
«The large bags, where I put the towels, were used to carry everything, cutting machines, scissors, blades, products such as shampoos and waxes, and a computer», continued the businessman, estimating, at a glance, «a loss of around four thousand euros”.
Located in the Quinta da Nora Urbanization, Paulo Andrade says that the residents, with whom he spoke, «didn’t hear any noise during the night», and one or two traders next to the Barbearia «noticed some marks on their doors, which could possibly have been some attempt too».
«Today, on the eve of a few days of rest, I have to cancel all the clients I had and go to Coimbra and try to buy some material. Then I’ll come and clean the space”, the owner told us yesterday morning, after reporting the situation to the National Republican Guard, as well as the insurance company.
