Tondela Local Social Action Council gives positive opinions to applications for the PRR: Gazeta Rural

The Local Social Action Council of the Social Network of Tondela met recently, in the main hall of Paços do Concelho, to, among other matters, give its opinion on applications presented by social institutions in the municipality to the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR).

The councilors gave the green light to the projects of Misericórdias de Tondela and Vale de Besteiros with a view to requalifying and expanding their daycare centers.

They also gave their positive opinion to the applications for the rehabilitation and increase in Home Support Service responses presented by the Associação de Solidariedade Social de Caparrosa (ASSOC), Associação Vale do Dão and Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Vale de Besteiros to the PRR.

All social institutions were present at the meeting, providing information and clarifications about their investment projects.

The technical team from “Viseu Afetos – Acolhimento Familiar”, a project by IPSS Obras Sociais de Viseu, also participated in the meeting to talk about family reception, a measure to promote the rights and protection of children and young people in danger, of a temporary, and which involves the CPCJ, Social Security and the courts.
