It’s called Look Around You the training project, which helps in managing stress, in the self-knowledge and motivation of audiences, from young people of school age to adults in the world of work. “Always in a dynamic, experiential way, not at all expository, which has motivated interest from entities from various parts of the country”, highlights Andreia Estarreja, clinical psychologist, who drives the project in conjunction with professors Andreia Carvalheiro and Ana Gonçalves.
“Companies, unions and municipalities are interested in managing team stress, increasing motivation, in order to ensure their satisfaction and productivity. Schools request training to enable educational assistants to work better with students”, says the clinical psychologist.
“We also have training, a kind of study visits to the interior of young people, from the 7th year of schooling, capable of working on self-knowledge and conflict management”, he adds.
The project is developed by three trainers from Human 2 Human, a health and education clinic in Marinha Grande, which also takes psychology, psychiatry and coaching sports, among others.
