Imprilar celebrates 20 years of success and moves towards new projects

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, Imprilar, a company in the construction sector, has two decades of successes, which have highlighted the brand in the region’s business scene, and is now preparing to embrace new projects.
Located in Condeixa-a-Nova, Imprilar was created in 2004 and has a vast client portfolio, not only from the Central region, but also from across the country. Roberto Ribeiro, founder of Imprilar, gives a “positive review” of these 20 years and highlights the company’s growth, in terms of the number of employees and customers, as well as turnover, which last year was around 2.5 million euros.
In the construction market, Imprilar specialized from the beginning, at the time by Roberto Ribeiro’s choice, in the area of ​​building rehabilitation, whether buildings, houses or historic properties.
“In the construction area, we have the capacity to do everything, and if asked, we can build from scratch. But the company is especially prepared for the rehabilitation of properties, including historic and artistic buildings, having acquired great experience and knowledge in this area”, emphasizes the managing partner, remembering that among the latest works carried out are the roofs of historic buildings in the area of Paço das Escolas of the University of Coimbra.
Imprilar has also carried out several rehabilitation works in the historic center of Coimbra, where interventions are subject to many specificities and limitations, it is rehabilitating a building on Avenida Fernão de Magalhães, where the old health center operated, and is preparing for start rehabilitation projects for other properties in various parts of the Central region.
