In a competition that pitted the Junior and Pre-Junior Teams of Portugal and Andalusia face to face, the GCVR swimmer made an important contribution to the national colors, by helping the National Team win the competition with a total of 646 points.

Leonor Silva had an excellent performance, achieving three podiums in the events in which she participated: she won the 50 meter Freestyle event with a time of 27.90, she was part of the women’s relay that won the 4×100 meter Freestyle event with a time of 4.06.84 and she was 3rd in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 1.03.15.

This was an excellent participation for another GCVR athlete serving the national colors, thus giving the best follow-up to the excellent results that athlete Leonor Silva has achieved. Due to the results achieved, the GCVR swimmer was called up to represent the National Team at the Mediterranean Swimming Cup – COMEN 2024, which will take place in Limassol (Cyprus), between June 14 and 16, 2024.
