For the hot summer months, the Lisbon Marriott Hotel, on Avenida dos Combatentes, has the perfect program to escape the beach crowds: Pool Brunch, brunch with access to the pool from May 11th until September 1st, every Saturday and Sunday , from 12pm to 8pm. In addition to good food and access to the pool and an incredible music selection by the DJs, who will play the best hits between 12:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
The exclusive menu was prepared by Chef Dominic Smart and consists of a wide variety of breads, yogurts, jams, cheese and charcuterie boards in addition to fresh salads, which whet the appetite for the main dishes, of which we highlight: roast chicken with Huli Huli sauce, salmon dumplings with sweet pepper sauce, tagliatelle pasta with cherry tomatoes, black olives, mini mozarella, shrimp and lemon.
At the live cooking station you will have eggs Benedict, eggs Florentine, eggs Royale, eggs Sardon and eggs Neptuno.
Finally, to sweeten this experience even more, the irresistible dessert could not be missed: tropical Pavlova, s’mores cake, mango mousse with turmeric and coconut, white chocolate, peach, ginger and chocolate misu, orange pie and the fountain chocolate and fresh fruit salad.
With the little ones in mind, the Pool Brunch will also have a salad station, pies, mini burgers, spaghetti Bolognese, fish fingers, a selection of croquettes, a selection of ice creams and pancakes with a variety of delicious toppings.
Brunch includes drinks: a pp welcome drink, smoothies: avocado, kale, pineapple and coconut; mango, red fruits and banana; cashew, lemon and red fruits; orange, apple and red fruit juices; water, coffee and tea.
The Pool Brunch costs €59 pp. Between 5 and 12 years old they have a 50% discount and up to 4 years old they are free.
For those who want to enjoy the pool in a relaxed atmosphere, Pool Access gives access to a day at the pool every day from May 31st to September 1st, from 12pm to 8pm and the price is €35 pp (50% discount for children aged 5 to 12).
