We continue through the historic center of Braga, following the route of spaces participating in the 2nd edition of the ‘Rota da Cerveja Artesanal’, now called ‘Duas de Letra’. Today we present you the space ‘The Witch’s Alley’ that surprises us with its mystical decoration, which takes us to travel through the enchanted world of the Harry Potter saga.
The ‘Duas de Letra’ route, remember, is an initiative promoted by the Braga Business Association that promises to delight lovers of good craft beer and good snacks throughout the month of May.
With the participation of 19 establishments, the initiative celebrates the harmony between the unique flavors of local cuisine and the rich diversity of beers made available by LETRA.
‘O Beco da Bruxa’ is a burger restaurant located at 17 Rua dos Biscainhos.
Agatha and Bruna Barbieri present us ‘O Beco da Bruxa’, a space where customers are surprised by the decoration, but also by the tasty burgers. Customers are of all ages and in common they share a passion for the saga written by British author JK Rowling, but also for the delicious delicacies that are prepared there. Magic inspires a menu where all the burgers are named after films or some concept that refers to the theme of witchcraft.
‘The Witch’ is the best-selling burger. It is made from two blends of 120 grams each, double cheddar and bancon. This is the burger that inspires ‘Abracadabra’, the snack that this space chose for this itinerary. The ‘Abracadabra’ is made with an 80-gram blended mini-burger, cheddar, bacon, special sauce and fries. Serve with LETRA B, which harmonizes perfectly with the tender and juicy meat.
The ‘Mystical’, a pulled pork burger with grilled pineapple and special sauce, is also very popular.
