REN’s management presented, at the eighth annual salary table negotiation meeting, a proposal that it declared to be final. Fiequimetal called a plenary session, to be held on the 13th, so that workers can take a position.
At the meeting on the 6th, the REN administration stated that it wants to reach an agreement with the structures and, to this end, launched its “final” proposal, which will be presented and discussed in the plenary on the 13th, Monday, at 9:30 am, via Zoom (link in the announcement).
Furthermore, the employer updated the values it proposes, to 5% on antiques, daily allowances and food allowances, 4% on the salary scale and other pecuniary expression clauses, with a minimum of 80 euros.
Fiequimetal maintained its position: more 190 euros in the salary table and 10% in pecuniary expression clauses.
Persisting in defending workers, recovering purchasing power and improving working conditions, the federation reinforced, once again, that pending matters they should be negotiated and debated following the conclusion of salary table negotiations, with the aim of being applied at the beginning of 2025.
