Braga company distributes 50 thousand euros of 2023 profits to workers

The José Pimenta Marques Group, owner of the company Balanças Marques, in Braga, once again distributes part of the profits to its workers. Close to 100 employees will receive a total of 50 thousand euros.

In a statement, the Braga company highlights that the distribution of dividends is made “due to the positive results obtained in 2023” and “is part of a wide set of benefits that the group has implemented in its companies”.

“With the April salary, each employee with at least two years of service received a percentage of their salary as a bonus, with close to a hundred employees covered by this measure, totaling 50 thousand euros”, says the statement. sent to O MINHO.

The value of the bonus awarded also varied depending on the result of the evaluation obtained by each worker in the Performance Management and Assessment System and their attendance in the year 2023.

With a global turnover of 24 million euros, the José Pimenta Marques Group saw its companies achieve the objectives outlined for the year.
