‘Civil War’ becomes the 2nd BIGGEST grossing in the history of A24 in the USA

Success! In just 15 days, the acclaimed ‘Civil war‘ managed to surpass the mark of US$51 million in the USA, becoming the second largest collection in the history of A24 in the country.

Currently, the film directed by Alex Garland (‘Annihilation’) is second only to the phenomenon ‘Everything Everywhere at the Same Time‘, which raised US$77 million domestically, in 2022.

For comparison purposes, ‘Civil war‘ has already surpassed the producer’s popular hits, including ‘Uncut Gems‘ ($50M), ‘Lady Bird‘ It is ‘Talk to me‘ (both with US$48 million), ‘Hereditary‘ ($44M) and ‘Iron Claw‘ ($35M).

With success, now the filmmaker Alex Garland There are two films in the TOP 10 of the highest grossing films in A24 in North American territory – which also includes ‘Ex_Machina: Artificial Instinct‘ ($25M).
