After the end of the legal battle against his father, Britney Spears she was going through financial and mental difficulties, according to sources close to her. The singer, whose assets are estimated at US$6 million – approximately R$306.8 million – has been free from Jamie Spears’ conservatorship since 2021.

The singer would be in “serious danger” financially and mentally, even more so than when she was under her father’s guardianship, according to TMZ sources. Without supervision, she would be “completely dysfunctional” with drastic and “shocking” mood swings.

Britney would still have isolated herself from most people. “She had a lot of freedom during the conservatorship and the restrictions were meant to protect her. She is no longer safe,” a source said.

Financially, the situation does not seem to be that different. According to the tabloid, the artist has been spending “a fortune” and is in danger of going bankrupt. Every two months, she would be traveling to French Polynesia and staying at The Brando, one of the most expensive hotels in the region, in addition to spending on private jets, staff and other travel.

She would also be visiting Hawaii alone practically every month, on a trip that costs around US$350,000, equivalent to R$1.79 million.

“She can’t afford that. She had $60 million [pouco mais de R$ 306,8 milhões] when the conservatorship ended and is now in the same situation as it was when the conservatorship began – at risk of going bankrupt,” the source said.

Last Thursday (25), the singer was seen for the first time in Los Angeles, California, in a car with her supposed ex-boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz. The apparition took place on the same day as the legal fight with his father, Jamie Spearshas come to an end.

She and the former detainee tried to hide from the papparazzo, but to no avail. While trying to lower herself into the passenger seat, the “Toxic” author ended up breaking the car’s windshield with her high heel, according to the website Page Six. Paul also tried to hide his face from the flashes using his hands.
