Portal claims HYBE is investigating allegations of plagiarism, manipulation and more

Graphics manipulation

As revealed by the Koreaboo portal, netizens claimed that HYBE manipulated the graphics for BTS’ mini-album, ‘The Most Beautiful Moment In Life’, released in 2015.

Through alleged court documents, posts claim that the company was blackmailed by a person identified only as “Mr. A” in 2017, who was involved in the possible controversial marketing strategies to promote the album and threatened to disclose HYBE’s confidential information if the conglomerate did not pay him a certain amount of money, — for this reason, “Mr. A” was sentenced to one year in prison.

Plagiarism

The accusations also claim that BTS’s concept photos for ‘The Most Beautiful Moment In Life’ were plagiarized from a former model and editor of the erotic magazine ZUZN, known as Duriwhich states that Bang Si Hyuk He approached her asking for help to create the concept for the photographs that would have to have a sexier approach, but she never gave him credit for the idea.

There are also suspicions that HYBE is involved with a religious cult called Dhan World, and that it uses groups such as BTS, Tomorrow X Together, NewJeans and ILLIT to promote the company Dhan World and its beliefs through associated symbols that can be found on launches and promotional activities for training courses.
