Two days away from performing the biggest show of her career, Madonna has been spending her time rehearsing for the performance, which takes place on Copacabana beach, in Rio de Janeiro, this Saturday (4). The performance will mark the end of “The Celebration Tour”.

Lauro Jardim’s column, from the newspaper O Globo, revealed this Thursday (2) details of the singer and her team’s routine at the Copacabana Palace. Since Monday (29) in Brazil, the artist has not left the hotel where she is staying. Besides her and the businessman Guy Oseary, The Preparation for the show is accompanied by her children, who, according to the column, were praised for the friendliness with which they treat the team.

Luciano Huck has visited Madonna during his stay and also attended rehearsals in the hotel’s halls. The presenter is close to the singer. The two met in 2009 and have been in frequent contact ever since.

Pabllo Vittar, who will perform with Madonna and a drum kit made up of children from samba schools in Rio, also participated in the rehearsals. Preparations last up to eight hours a day and include new acts, which were not seen during the tour of Europe, the United States and Mexico. Pablo’s, for example, is one of them. Anitta, who will still come to Brazil for the presentation, will be part of one of the acts.

The queen of pop’s choreographers open the rehearsals, with a professional simulating the singer’s movements, who only joins the team when everyone already knows the new steps.

The halls and stairs leading to the spaces are protected by security guards. When Madonna arrives, protection is redoubled and the areas are more restricted than in her absence. Furthermore, the use of cell phones in salons is prohibited. Care is taken to protect surprises for the presentation.

According to people close to the rehearsal sites, Madonna is concerned about hydration and drinks a lot of water, despite not eating meals during training. The last two days before the show, Thursday and Friday, will also be rehearsals. On the eve of the event, a general rehearsal is expected to take place, with all the elements of the show.
