All attention lately has been focused on the controversial show that MADONNA performed on Copacabana beach in Rio de Janeiro this past Saturday, May 4th. The singer’s long-awaited performance was the scene of much controversy, generating different opinions about her visit to Brazil – considering that the country is not going through such a pleasant situation, after the tragedy that devastated Rio Grande do Sul.
With a show entirely made up of playbacks and with a very strong sexual appeal (which displeased a large part of her fans), Madonna caused a great deal of discomfort in her show filled with a lot of audacity. At 65 years old, she has always been known for her irreverence and for being an absolute sex symbol within pop music. And speaking of music, we must remember that several of her famous songs have already had cover versions recorded by rock and metal musicians.
