O Disciplinary Council (CD) of the Portuguese Football Federation released, this Friday, the punishment map and it includes high fines related to the Classic between FC Porto and Sporting, on the 31st round of the I League.
Let’s start with the lions. In total, Sporting will have to pay more than 8 thousand euros, a large part of this amount due to the behavior of fans.
The Green and Whites will have to pay 8290 euros due to the “use of explosive or pyrotechnic devices”, resulting from the use of 3 flashlights, 4 incandescent torches and 2 smoke pots.
As far as FC Porto is concerned, Porto fans will have to pay 10,395 euros. Of this amount, 9,560 euros were due to “incorrect public behavior” associated with the “use of explosive or pyrotechnic devices”. The remaining 1275 euros are related to “incorrect public behavior”, associated with insults to Sporting – “Sons of bitches, no matter what happens, Sporting are shit to death” and “Everything is jumping, Sporting It’s sh*t’ – and to Nuno Santos – ‘Oh son of a b***h’.
