André Villas-Boas will be in Chaves tonight, watching the FC Porto game, but this time he will not go to the stands, among the fans, as happened in last Sunday’s derby, against Sporting, at Dragão.

The elected president of FC Porto will watch the game in a box at the Estádio Municipal Eng.º Manuel Branco Teixeira, not far from Pinto da Costa, who, in what is his last game in charge of the club’s fortunes, will take a place in the presidential tribune.

Contacted by More footballa Trás-os-Montes source does not confirm whether the invitation for Villas-Boas to be in one of the stadium’s boxes came from the Chaves SAD administration.

Villas-Boas takes office as president of the club next Tuesday, May 7th. The assumption of power at SAD will only happen at the end of the month, after the refusal of all current administrators to give up their seats, in order to speed up the transition.

FC Porto, fighting for 3rd place, faces Desp. Chaves, who is practically obliged to win to maintain hopes of remaining in the League, tonight, starting at 8:30 pm. You can follow the game EVERY MINUTE on More football.
