The goal of tranquility would come in the 70th minute of the game. Declan Rice received the ball in the heart of the penalty area, spun and left it at the feet of Leandro Trossard, who scored the ball. In stoppage time, Declan Rice scored a goal himself, and sealed the final result.
It remains to be said that, when it comes to Portuguese players, Mikel Arteta once again left Fábio Vieira on the bench, while Cédric Soares was not called up. A scenario that has been repeated for almost two months now.
All things considered, with this triumph, Arsenal now have 83 points, which leaves them, provisionally, in the isolated lead of the table, with a four-point advantage over Manchester City, who have two games in hand. Bournemouth, on the other hand, is ranked tenth, with 48 points.
