The regular phase of the Placard Championship is over and the last round was full of great twists and turns. FC Porto won comfortably in Paços de Ferreira and confirmed first place, while Benfica benefited from the setbacks of Oliveirense and Sporting and finished in second place.

The last day held some surprises for the ordering of the matches in the Play-Off. The dragons beat Juventude Pacense 7-0, but in an afternoon of so many changes in the league table, the biggest suspenses were experienced in Tomar and Barcelos.

Oliveirense ended up winning, but lost their way in the second half and dropped to third place in the regular phase. Sporting were surprised by OC Barcelos, who were leading 3-0, but saw the lions reach equality. However, in one of the last plays of the game, Miguel Rocha scored the winning goal for the Barcelona team.

Benfica, playing without pressure, achieved a safe result at Famalicense and will face Valongo, who beat HC Braga, at home, 7-4.

Riba D’Ave managed to assert the home advantage, beat Murches and closed the zone Play Off.

From the last round, the highlight was a new triumph for CH Carvalhos over Turquel.
