There is already a date for André Villas-Boas’ administration to take over at FC Porto’s SAD. At 11:30 am, on May 28th, the management elected in the April 27th vote also assumes responsibilities in the society responsible for the Dragons’ professional football.

The information was sent to the CMVM on Tuesday night, through a statement signed by the President of the General Assembly, Lourenço Pinto. Until May 28th, two days after the Portuguese Cup final against Sporting, the president-elect is still waiting for José Pereira de Costa to be co-opted into the SAD, in order to speed up the definition of numerous dossiers.

The agenda will consist of the following points:

1 – Decide on the election of the Board of the General Assembly for the four-year period 2024/2027.
2 – Decide on the election of the Board of Directors for the four-year period 2024/2027.
3 – Decide on the election of the Supervisory Board for the four-year period 2024/2027.
4 – Decide on the appointment of the Statutory Auditor for the four-year period 2024/2027.
5 – Decide on the election of the Remuneration Committee for the four-year period 2024/2027.
6 – Decide on the election of the Advisory Council for the four-year period 2024/2027.

Visit to the squad scheduled for Thursday

One of the most urgent dossiers for André Villas-Boas and his squad is the definition of the name of the coach of team A.
