Immediately after the game was released, Capcom included several DLCs to acquire items that can be used in the adventure, with two of them drawing the most attention, one that allows you to edit your character’s appearance and another that provides something called Telecrystal, which serves to mark a place in the game that you want to turn into a fast travel point.

Regarding problems involving performance, players are questioning the lack of optimization in Dragon’s Dogma 2, as they cannot run at 60 fps even on very powerful computers. There are also complaints about the game crashing, freezing, and the presence of bugs.

There were so many players bombarding the game on Steam that Capcom decided to speak out about it, saying that it will fix the most serious problems through updates, in addition to seeing a way to add an option to start over from the beginning for players who have already started. to play, as today this is only possible by deleting game files and pausing the Steam cloud save.

Regarding microtransactions, Capcom explained that their items can also be acquired by playing, as a way of trying to appease fans’ feelings.

Finally, talking about performance, the Japanese company repeated something it had already said previously, saying that CPU usage is quite high due to NPCs and that this can affect the frame rate, but that it is looking for ways to improve performance. in the future. The situation even made some players consider killing NPCs to gain more fps.
