O The beginning of 2024 was marked at Neuralink with the start of human testing, with Noland Arbaugh being one of the first people to have a company ‘chip’ implanted in their brain.

Arbaugh, 29, is paralyzed from the neck down and, in the recently shared video, can be seen playing chess. Well, in a new video shared on Neuralink’s social networks, it is possible to see Arbaugh playing ‘Mario Kart’ with his father.

The segment in question can be seen in the video below (starting at 18:00), and it is possible to see Dry Bowser, Arbaugh’s character, circulating within the track lines and even using items to disrupt other players and win advantage in the race.

“What you’re seeing is a father and son playing ‘Mario Kart’ – something I grew up doing with my parents, something I did a lot with friends and something that wasn’t possible until this happened.”said one of those responsible for Neuralink software, Bliss Chapman, during the official presentation of the video.
