The publisher asks for patience from the community while trying to resolve the issue.
[Artigo Original] The long-awaited Fallout 4 native to PS5 is finally available. As a result, many players who have access to the PS4 version through PS Plus quickly downloaded the title for the new generation, however, they received a bad surprise: so far, the free upgrade has not been released through the subscription service.

Apparently, this does not appear to be a definitive measure. On Bethesda’s official Discord, many players reported that they were unable to access the new feature through the PS Plus title, while those who purchased the digital version or have the disc can easily explore the content.
Bethesda is already keeping an eye on the PS Plus Fallout 4 situation
Two of the moderators sent messages to reassure Fallout 4 players and make it clear that a solution is being studied internally. Apparently, it wasn’t their intention to leave the PS Plus audience out of this. Check out:

Some internet users said they had gotten a response by contacting the company’s support. The trick is to keep an eye on possible updates. Who knows, perhaps the PS5 version of Fallout 4 on PS Plus will be released in the next few hours, right?
