Made for an audience over 18 and demonstrating a certain boldness in the design of the protagonist Eve, Stellar Blade arrived on PS5 last Friday (26). However, Shift Up and PlayStation made some changes to the final product, making the adventurer’s clothes less “hot”, and this angered the community.

It all started when the launch update was installed on players’ consoles. Two costumes, the Holiday Rabbit and the Cybernetic, had small pieces of fabric added, specifically in the area where Eve’s breasts were most exposed. As a consequence of this, the internet decided to act to try to “save” Stellar Blade.
The hashtag FreeStellarBlade was popular over the weekend, and along with it, a petition signed by more than 44,272 people. These consumers felt aggrieved, as these changes were only applied after all the marketing around Eve and that “uncensored” talk.
The intention is to make the signatures draw the attention of Sony and Shift Up so the update can be rolled back. What did you think of this?
