Pininfarina has four million-dollar ‘batmobiles’ to fight crime in Gotham City

The project born between Pininfarina and Warner Bros. originated two special series derived from the super electric Battista GT and Barchetta B95.

And, as baptismal names, explicit ones were chosen Dark Knight It is Gotham in this intimate connection to the Dark Knight.

Both proposals gain a new interface Machine Man inspired by Wayne Enterprises, with the voice of the indisputable butler Alfred Pennyworth responding to your calls for help.

Electrifying sophistication

Both super sports cars in the line Gothamwith a more sophisticated (and civilized) style, feature an exterior finish in Argento Vittorio combined with the roof in Nero Torino bright.

The bodywork also adopts new double fins at the rear, as well as on the front shutters and side skirts in carbon fiber, with the brand’s symbol being backlit.

Light alloy wheels, painted matte black Prezioso Evolutionare 20 inches for the front axle and 21 for the rear.

To further emphasize the philosophy Dream Cars Made Real (Dream Cars Come True), the doors have been redesigned and the new curved glass roof creates an even brighter environment.

Exclusive luxury on board

For the interior, leather upholstery decorated in black and brown was chosen, with the emblem Wayne Enterprises engraved on the headrests of the anatomical seats.

In perfect contrast is the line Dark Knightreflecting the use of technology for Batman to always be one step ahead of the criminals who dominate the underworld of Gotham City.

Visually more discreet, both the Battista GT and the Barchetta B95 are painted in a Nero Profondo with bluish reflections, with a glossy black roof and wheels with a different design.

The cabin features upholstery in Alcantara black and leather, with contrasting stitching in black and gold ensuring greater exclusivity, and the symbol Wayne Enterprises on the headrests.

Fast, very fast…

What doesn’t change in Pininfarina’s Battista GT and Barchetta B95 is the mechanics, which means four electric motors delivering more than 1,900 hp and 2,300 Nm to all four wheels.

A light touch of the accelerator takes any of them from zero to 100 km/hour in less than two seconds, with the 120 kWh battery giving a range of more than 500 kilometers.

In the style of authentic charity galas for multimillionaires, the four proposals will be exhibited in New York in the coming weeks, at exclusive events that can only be accessed by invitation.

It’s no surprise since each example will be sold for an unattainable 3.4 million euros for the Battista GT Dark Knight It is Gothamand 4.9 million euros for the same versions of the Barchetta B95.
